It replaces cover art and will loop in the Now Playing view of the Spotify app."Right now, we’re testing this feature with a small, diverse group of artists and using their feedback to improve before we expand availability," says Spotify. [Repost Network](https://www.repostnetwork.com/blog/2019/01/28/spotifys-canvas-beta/?ref=hypebot.com) is among the distributors with artists testing Canvas, and they shared [this gif](https://storage.ghost.io/c/3a/95/3a957c06-c825-4057-9939-0a274cc16d23/content/images/media-giphy-com/media/9u1bmVuRa87UeoEH48/giphy.gif?ref=hypebot.com) in which the song tile "Pain" slowly disappear and reappears in a loop while the track by mysticphonk plays.
