# You Can Finally Zoom In On Instagram Photos And Videos

At long last, you can z**oom in when you you are taking photos and videos** using the **Instagram** app. Just **pinch a photo** like you would in most apps to zoom, but you have to hold the pinch or it zooms back. For now its only available to **iOS** users after an app update. **Android** will get the update "in the coming weeks."

  
This is the kind of features that Instagram wants to grow beyond a "capture the moments" app and recent updates from the Facebook owned company seem to indicate that they know it.
