On [Music Think Tank](http://www.musicthinktank.com/blog/you-dont-know-anything-and-your-ideas-are-worthless-no-serio.html?ref=hypebot.com), **David Greenberg** posts about how people will not listen to you or will tell you that you’re wrong throughout your career. This can happen more often if you’re still an intern or newbie at the company. You just need to learn to pick your battles and get used to it.

“Some will love you to be emotional about the business and will listen to your ideas, **many others will not**.”
