William Morris Agency Invests In RoyaltyShare

RoyaltyShare today announced a Series B investment from the William Morris Agency. The round was led with investments from Trident Capital and Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

RoyaltyShare provides back end technology and services that help labels, content producers, distributors and publishers manage digital sales. The company offers content management,  distribution and royalty statements based on sales data from hundreds of physical, digital and mobile retailers.
