Thursday's Music Briefing: MySpace Music, Apple, Death Row, & More

Things are finally warming up after the end of summer doldrums...

Myspace_music_2 > I hear that the launch of MySpace Music is a lock for September 15th despite a series of potential obstacles. Amazon appears to be a lock to do download fulfillment. Universal, WMG and Sony BMG are on board, but no word from EMI or a single indepenent label.  Do any of you indie label or distributor readers have a deal with MySpace Music?
