Help Rewrite Hypebot's Most Popular Post

Since posting it more than two years ago, 100 Free & Affordable High & Low Tech Music Promotion Tips has been consistently the most read and linked to post on Hypebot.  With reader input I updated the post about a year ago, but a lot has changed since then and its time for a rewrite. 

What new ideas and services do you think need to be added to the list?  What seems dated and deserves to be dropped.  100 is an abritrary number and I may expand or contract the list depending on your feedback.
