Life and Def by Russell Simmons
One of the most motivational books on hustling to make something out of your life I have ever read. The stories of how he started Def Jam, the clothing lines and continued expanding has to make people try harder. Something that I truly feel is lacking with indie hip-hop today - that spirit to go out and make something remarkable happen. This book, though a little dated, is worth digging into this summer.
