Oregon state legislators, inspired by the rickroll internet meme, created a YouTube video by slipping lyrics from the Rick Astley song into their floor speeches and then editing them together. "No bills were harmed in the making of this video. Indeed, every bill discussed in the video passed," according to the video. WATCH:
