Music Tech Startups: It’s Not Too Late To Showcase At SXSW Accelerator

image from sxsw.comSXSW Accelerator returns for its fifth edition to showcase some
of the web’s most exciting innovations. Music tech got it's own category three years ago, and every year, the presenting companies have been stellar. This
event provides an outlet to present your music related tech startup to a panel of industry experts, early
adopters, and representatives from the angel / VC community.  Full disclosure: I've been on the SXSW Music Accelerator advisory board for several years.

Past SXSW Accelerator judges
have included Tim Draper of DFJ, Chris Hughes of Facebook and Jumo, Paul Graham
of Y Combinator, Craig Newmark of Craiglist, Robert Scoble of Rackspace and
Scobleizer, Jeff Pulver of 140 Conference, Chris Shipley of Demo and Guidewire,
and Tom Conrad of Pandora to name a few.

The application deadline is Friday, November
9, and the music tech event itself will be March 13th, 2013.  If you are a music technology company, I strongly urge you to visit http://sxsw.com/music/startupvillage/accelerator to sign up.

Let
me know that you've applied so I can keep an eye out for your startup.
