(UPDATED) Mixify, a live streaming platform for DJs, has announced the lineup for its RISE Digital Music Festival - a 30 hour, 3 day live online fest including headliners Knife Party, R3HAB (2012 IDMA Best Breakthrough Artist), and Tritonal. Mixify.com is also holding a contest to showcase one emerging DJ already using the platform with a slot in the lineup.
Rob Garza of Thievery Corporation, BBC Radio 1's DJ Nihal, and dance-pop producers The Cataracs will also be performing, along with newer artists like Russia's Arty, Deniz Koyu, Carnage, Swedish talent Adrian Lux, and Billboard's 'One To Watch' Danny Avila.
The digital festival, which is free to attend will include visual streams provided by the DJ's, as well as, fan chats with the DJs and other listeners.
The RISE Digital Music Festival is presented by some of the leading players in, including Disco Donnie Presents, Big Beat Records, and BroBible.com. The line-up for the unusual event was sourced from some of the top DJ management companies, including Red Light Management, Montana ECI, Undocumented Management, JHO Management, Empire Artist Management, and Creative Primates.
