Jared Leto, the actor and singer-guitarist for rock band Thirty Seconds To Mars, has found success by intentionally not following the rules. Leto considers himself a "content delivery machine" constantly involved in a conversation with his fans. His goal is to build community. "Why else would a bunch of people who don't know each other show up at a show," stated Leto.
