Bandsintown is developing a mobile app for both iOS and Android aimed directly at touring musicians and managers. The company shared plans with its professional users in an email asking what features that find most valuable in a mobile artist app.

The app, which would be aimed at artists and industry professionals globally, would go beyond just posting dates on Bandsintown. "What is your estimated # of Facebook fans?" is one of the questions asked.
The company is apparently considering charging for the app, asking " If the mobile artist app had your most desired features, how much would you be willing to pay to download the app?"
