BET Hip Hop Awards 2016 Nominees

BET today announced their 2016 Hip Hop Awards nominees and Drake dominated the list with 14 nods including ‘Best Live Performer,’ ‘Lyricist of the Year,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Album of the Year' and ‘Hustler of the Year. The BET “Hip Hop Awards” 2016 will be taped on September 17th in Atlanta, and will premiere on October 4th.Future scored the second-most nominations with 10 nods, including ‘Best Live Performer,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Album of the Year,’ ‘Hustler of the Year,’ ‘Made-You-Look Award (Best Hip-Hop Style),’ ‘Best Mixtape,’ and ‘Best Collabo, Duo, or Group.’ DJ Khaled followed with 9 nominations, including ‘DJ of the Year,’ ‘Best Hip-Hop Video,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Track of the Year,’ ‘Album of the Year,’ ‘Hustler of the Year,’ ‘People’s Champ Award,’ and two nods for ‘Best Collabo, Duo or Group;’ and Kanye West grabbed 8 nods for ‘Album of the Year,’ ‘Best Hip-Hop Video,’ ‘Best Live Performer,’ ‘Lyricist of the Year,’ ‘Video Director of the Year,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Hustler of the Year,’ and ‘Made-You-Look Award (Best Hip-Hop Style).’
