BMG Production Music Acquires Immediate Music, 1 Revolution

BMG's production music division has acquired Immediate Music, a leading U.S. independent production music team working in motion picture advertising and trailers; and sister company 1 Revolution Music, a television music catalog. Details of the deal were not disclosed. The announcement comes just two weeks after BMGPM’s acquisition of French production music company AXS Music.Co-founded in 1993 by Emmy Award-winning composers and producers Yoav Goren and Jeffrey Fayman, Immediate Music is a top Hollywood producer of original music for motion picture advertising, trailers, commercials and television programs.
