Triple Tigers Records has added former Warner Nashville exec Kevin Herring as Senior Vice President for National Promotion on Jan. 23. His resume also includes a 13-year stint at Disney’s Lyric Street Records and Mercury Nashville.• David Wolter has been named Executive Vice President of Virgin Records. The appointment marks the first major step by CMG in the rebuilding of its iconic Virgin label. He's based in Hollywood.• Sheila Richman has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Press & Media, for Atlantic Records, based at the company’s New York headquarters. Richman, who joined Atlantic in 2004, was most recently Senior Vice President of Publicity.
