DJ and producer DeadMau5's SoundCloud account was hacked on May 23rd, with the hackers using the account to leak Selena Gomez tracks.
According to Billboard, a team of hackers using the Twitter handle @–OurMine took over DeadMau5's account, posting a message on the account stating that they were 'testing his security' and for him to direct message them.
They also posted some personal information, including old phone numbers and addresses in a series of now deleted tweets Billboard said.
Fortunately for Deadmau5 AKA Joel Zimmerman, the account was restored expeditiously. "If anyone should be pissed, it's the fans who use that site to listen to music," he later tweeted about the experience.
