Gravity, Frozen & Other Music Related Oscar Wins

Steven Price won best original score for "Gravity," and as expected “Let It Go” from best animated film winner “Frozen” won best song for Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Other music related Grammy wins included:

• Morgan Neville's look at the lives and aspirations of backup singers "20 Feet From Stardom" won best documentary feature

• Malcolm Clarke's  won for best documentary short for "The Lady In Number 6", his story of Holocaust survivor Alice Herz Sommer, a pianist who used music and optimism to survive the unthinkable.  She died last month at the age of 110.

• Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto won the best supprting actor Oscar for "Dallas Buyers Club."
