RIAA Appeal Order To Net Broadcast Trial

I don't have complete details yet, but just got word from the Harvard students and teacher defending the family who is being sued for $1 million for downloading 7 songs, that the RIAA is appealing a ruling that would have forced the proceeding to be broadcast over the internet.
