Job Description: The Primary responsibility of the Royalty Manager is to manage the daily operations of the Distribution department. The Royalty Manager will also manage a staff of 8-10 employees and provide leadership and training to the staff as it relates to computer operational systems and the royalties area of the music business. Additionally, the Royalty Manager will contribute to the business analysis and testing of royalty systems, data acquisition efforts and oversee royalty related client inquires. (more)
