PRS For Music Partners With MySpace

The UK's PRS for Music which represents 65,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers has partnered with MySpace. The three main components are:

  • image from musically.com Driving PRS Membership – using the MySpace service to communicate to new writers and musicians the importance of PRS for Music membership
  • Benefits to PRS for Members – exclusive offers including songwriting master classes, competitions, and cross promotional activities.
  • Driving MySpace Usage – demonstrating to existing PRS for Music members the value of using MySpace to engage both fans and the wider industry.

The partnership will run for 12 months and follows the recent PRS for Music license for the UK launch of MySpace Music.
