Toronto Get’s a Music City Twin – What Does it All Mean?
Toronto and Austin, TX have been officially linked by recently passed musical alliance partnership, 4479 – an initiative lead by Music Canada. Inspired by the love affair the city of Austin has with music, 4479 (a play off of Toronto's lattitude and longitude coordinates) will create and foster a new and deliberate attention to Toronto's music scene.
