Changes[UPDATED] Warner Music Group has appointed Michael Nash as an advisor to CEO Stephen Cooper, filling in for exiting COO Rob Wiesenthal.  Nash worked at the label from 2000-2011 as one of its first digital execs and will now focus on business development.

The Country Music Association has announced the addition of Carolyn Szczurek as Senior Manager of Market Research; Mary Overend as Digital Marketing Manager; Krista Dial as Manager of Media Relations; and Alina Thompson as Marketing Coordinator.

Longtime Christian Music executive Peter York has been promoted to President of Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG), it was announced today by CCMG CEO Bill Hearn, to whom York will continue to report.

The Royalty Network has announced the promotion of two employees, Renato Olivari and Daniel Abowd. Olivari has been promoted from Director of Office Operations to Vice President, and Abowd has been promoted to Director of Copyright and New Media.

The Music Publishers Association (MPA)  has named Jackie Alway, Universal Music Publishing’s VP International Legal and Industry Affairs, as the Association’s new Chairwoman
