ChangesUniversal Music Publishing has appointed Luke McGrellis as VP creative. He joins from Sony/ATV UK where he was A&R director and signed Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.

Berklee College of Music has named J. Curtis Warner Jr. to lead its new Office of Community and Governmental Affairs as Associate VP. While Warner is moving from his role in education outreach as executive director of Berklee City Music, he will continue to serve on the organization’s advisory group. Warner joined Berklee in 1993 and was appointed director of Berklee City Music in 1994.

John Esposito of Warner Music Nashville will receive the Presidential Award at Music Biz 2016 this coming May. This is the second award announced for the event, with Redeye and its top execs Tor Hansen and Glenn Dicker previously being announced as the recipient of the Independent Spirit Award (more about that here). 

Radar has partnered with NY based marketers Sneak Attack Media to provide a US base for commissioning music-related creative content. 

David MacMahon Mount has joined Warner/Chappell Production Music as VP, Business Development. Mount comes from  APM Music.

Amy Doyle has been named Executive VP of VH1 and Logo. The former MTV music chief has been appointed executive vp VH1 and Logo, deputy to general manager Chris McCarthy.

BMG has announced the promotion of Keith Hauprich to Deputy General Counsel.  Hauprich joined BMG when the company acquired Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company.
