In short strokes: BANG is to become The 1st new 24/7/365 TV Home Shopping Channel in USA Cable TV households in some twenty [20] years. The 1st Music Celebrity Commerce Gateway delivered on its four [4] dedicated Cable TV, Internet, Mobile and Social Media vertical platforms presenting, exclusively, Music Celebrity Branded Merchandise and many other key music fan services.
Expansion into FILM/TV/SPORT celebrity commerce in designed in late YEAR II; and a separate, standalone BANGTV Latino in late YEAR III.
We are seeking [$30M] in three [3] stages:
• Stage I: $ 5M
• Stage II: $12M
• Stage III: $13M
There is already significant interest from music artists, managers, licensed merchandisers to see BANG come to life. And the initial canvassing of Cable TV MSO’s is also extremely encouraging as they have already experience wind fall revenue from each of the current Home Shopping Channels over the many years.
