Spotify’s Head Of Music Is Stepping Down
Jeremy Erlich, who recently joined as head of music strategy from Interscope Records, and Marian Dicus, who currently serves as VP, Global Head of Artist & Label Services, will oversee the music department during the company’s search for a successor.
Holmstén joined Spotify after the company acquired the startup he founded, Tunigo – and its music discovery technology – in 2013. Previous to his role as Global Head of Music, Holmstén headed up Shows & Editorial at Spotify.
He took on responsibility for Artist & Label relations following the departure of Spotify’s Global Head of Creator Services, Troy Carter, a year ago.
