Snoop Dogg Is Launching His Own Booking Agency With Help From Live Nation

Snoop Dogg has teamed up with Live Nation as well as business partners Bobby Dee, of Bobby Dee Presents and FKOA Presents’ Jim Filipan to launch his own music booking agency, Uncle Snoop’s Army.

The new agency is licensed in California and currently supports Snoop’s own touring as well as a roster that includes Keith Sweat, Warren G, Trae THA Truth, Lisa Lisa, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Trish Toledo, according to Billboard.

“It’s not that the agencies are bad — some of the agents and the agencies are amazing. They have great people and they do great work within. But others just say, ‘This is the system,’” said the iconic rapper.

Earlier this year, Uncle Snoop’s Army brought to life the two-day outdoor music festival Once Upon a Time in the LBC. The festival was headlined by Snoop, YG, The Game, DMX, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and featured a tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle.

While Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr., exited from his representation with WME last year, he will still work with UTA and other agencies, Billboard reported.
