EU antitrust regulators to charge Apple based on Spotify complaints

European Union regulators are reportedly set to charge Apple with antitrust violations based on a complaint by Spotify.

First reported by Reuters, the charges against Apple could be filed as early as next month,

Spotify has argued that Apple’s 30% app store fee is excessive as well as that the company to unfairly restricts any competition on the entire iOS platform to its own streaming service Apple Music.
