TuneCore has named Erica Clayton to the newly created position of Senior Director, Client Success for the company.

Clayton joined Tunecore in 2019. She then grew the department from a small team of local specialists in NYC to a global organization across three continents, utilizing both native speakers as well as cutting-edge AI translations in 29 languages.

Brooklyn Made Presents, the new live music promotion company founded by former Live Nation NY President, Anthony Makes has named Max MacClennen as Senior VP of Operations.

Max served as Director of Production at Live Nation while Anthony was president and will now oversee all production and operations for the new company.

Cécile Rap-Veber has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at French PRO SACEM. She becomes the first woman CEO at SACEM since its launch in 1851. She succeeds Jean-Noël Tronc.

David El Sayegh has also been promoted to SACEM Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

• PR firm Shore Fire Media announced the promotion of Jaclyn D. Carter to Vice President.

Based in Nashville, Carter began her career as a Publicity Coordinator at Shore Fire in 2013.

Randy Sabiston has been named VP of Label & Publishing Services at Downwrite, the custom song collaboration platform.

Prior to Downwrite, Randy held leadership positions at EMI, PolyGram, Warner/Chappell, Dimensional Music, and Epic Records where he worked with Gavin DeGraw, Lifehouse, The Lumineers, Quicksand, Shaggy, Chevelle, Sevendust, and Will Hoge.

Bruce Houghton is Founder and Editor of Hypebot and MusicThinkTank and serves as a Senior Advisor to Bandsintown which acquired both publications in 2019. He is the Founder and President of the Skyline Artists Agency and a professor for the Berklee College Of Music.
