Update your Bandsintown profile now

UPDATE: December 10th was the last official day to update an artist profile to share the latest news and upcoming live shows when Bandsintown’s 74 million registered live music fans get their year-end High Notes recap. But as if 12/12 High Notes had not yet been released, and any time is a good time to update your profile on Bandsintown and elsewhere.

Bandsintown High Notes is to live music what Spotify Wrapped is to streaming – a personalized recap of highlights for the last year in live music for both fans and artists.

Much like Spotify offers artists ways to put their best foot forward during its annual Wrapped campaign. Bandsintown has suggestions for some simple steps that artists can take to showcase their best and newest when personalized High Notes are sent to fans and when they share their own artist High Notes with them.

While not revealing exactly when High Notes will be delivered, Bandsintown shared with Hypebot that artists should update their accounts no later than December 10th.

Here is how.

Update Your Profile & Events

First, make sure that your Bandsintown artist profile is up to date with the right photo and bio and that all your social links are updated.

Second, make sure to add all of your events to Bandsintown (including missing past events) so that they can take those into account when they share your High Notes.

Share artist High Notes with fans

When you get your own artist High Notes, be sure to share it with your fans as a reminder of your live performance highlights for the last year, along with a note of thanks and a teaser about what they can expect in 2023.

Sharing your High Notes is a great way to:

  • express gratitude by letting fans know how much you appreciate their support
  • integrate your audiences by letting social followers know they can also engage with you on Bandsintown
  • build a mailing list by letting your fans easily subscribe

In addition to sharing your High Notes on social media, you can also message followers on Bandsintown at no cost, as well as use Bandsintown’s new 100% free email service.
