Bandzoogle adds an EPK plan for Musicians

Musician website platform Bandzoogle has added an EPK plan that enables the creation of an electronic press kit in minutes.

EPKs are used by many musicians to book shows, solicit labels, reach out to the media, and pitch music to radio and playlists. Bandzoogle’s new EPK platform offers templates for each purpose, as well as a general EPK that can serve as an online artist portfolio.

Costing $6.95 per month, the new EPK plan includes hosting, customizable mobile-friendly templates, page content layouts, visual design tools, text bio, music players, video embeds, a gig calendar, images, press quotes, a customizable contact form, social links, as well as access to Bandzoogle’s legendary 24/7 support team.

Each EPK can be shared via a link or a one-click-to-create emailable and printable PDF. Musicians can start with the EPK plan and upgrade to one of Bandzoogle’s website plans anytime.

“EPKs are essential for artists to highlight their career achievements and show the industry that they’re ready for the stage,” says Bandzoogle CEO Stacey Bedford. “Our new EPK plan is an affordable solution that allows artists to create a beautiful electronic press kit to help them get their next career opportunity.”

Acquired by independent music distributor DistroKid in September of last year, Bandzoogle continues to operate as an independent company.

Bruce Houghton is the Founder and Editor of Hypebot, a Senior Advisor at Bandsintown, President of the Skyline Artists Agency, and a Berklee College Of Music professor.
