Mental Health Resources for Musicians & Music Industry Professionals

Life in the music industry can be mentally demanding. This World Mental Health Day, we’re shining a light on organizations providing mental health resources for musicians.

Spotify adds Take a Beat

As part of its World Mental Health Day campaign, Spotify has added a Take a Beat hub. This space includes curated playlists, podcasts, audiobooks, and more. Whether it’s ambient sounds, conversations about belonging, or stories that bring people closer, the hub is designed to help find moments of calm, connection, and well-being.

Take a Beat joins Heart & Soul, Spotify’s ongoing mental health initiative to provide musicians and industry professional support and promote deep knowledge about emotional well-being.

In 2018, Spotify launched Heart & Soul, a mental health initiative developed to provide support and promote deep knowledge about emotional well-being.
