In recent weeks, Songkick  Co-CEO Ian Hogarth moved to Chairman leaving Matt Jones as sole CEO; alongside two major staff exits. VP of Industry Relations Greg Schmaele and Jessica Henig, head of Artist Services & Enterprise Relationships both have left the startup.

One insider told Dave Brooks of Amplify that "the company was going through a restructuring and changing its mission from event discovery and ticketing, instead opting to fully focus on ticketing."
