Kevin Arnold has been named co-chair of digitalmusic.org, the digital arm of music business trade group NARM.  Arnold, currently the EVP and Senior Advisor to the Global Digital Business Group at Sony Music
Entertainment, will serve as co-chair with Christina Calio of Microsoft. Prior
to joining Sony Arnold founded digital music distributor IODA which merged with The Orchard in 2012.

“Having been a NARM participant since the early days of IODA, I've had a
front row seat watching the dramatic change the industry has undergone over the
past decade,” Arnold said.

“Between the work he’s currently doing to expand Sony Music
Entertainment’s digital business and the tremendous entrepreneurship and
leadership he demonstrated in the creation and growth of IODA, Kevin is
precisely the type of person we want to help lead digitalmusic.org,” said Bill
Wilson, VP of Digital Strategy & Business Development for NARM and digitalmusic.org.
