Live Nation has reorganized its North American touring division,  appointing veteran promoter Alan Ostfield to the newly-created post of  President, North Atlantic, which encompasses the New York and  Philadelphia regions.

Jason Miller has been named President of Live Nation's New York  operation, replacing Kevin Morrow, who's returning to Los Angeles to  assume the role of Senior Vice President of North American Touring. Ron  Delsener will continue in his role as Chairman of the New York market  and Geoffrey Gordon remains President of Philadelphia, taking on an  expanded role as tour producer.

Mr. Ostfield comes to Live Nation from Palace Sports &  Entertainment, where he was President & Chief Executive Officer,  overseeing The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre and the  Meadow Brook Music Festival.  Prior to that, Alan held the position of  Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the San Diego Padres.

Mr. Miller was promoted from the position of Senior Vice President of  Live Nation New York, booking shows at venues throughout the market,  including Irving Plaza, The Roseland, Nikon Theatre at Jones Beach and  the PNC Bank Center

"Alan comes to Live Nation with an incredible wealth of experience in  managing major sports and entertainment businesses and facilities," said  Mark Campana, Co-President of North America Concerts. "Jason Miller who  will be running our New York office has deep artist relationships from  his work over the last 20 years, and then add in the iconic Ron  Delsener, I believe we have a big team playing in New York."
