Live Nation has released the latest version of their app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, updated to take advantage of Apple's new mobile operating system iOS7. The new app includes an event discovery feature that mines Facebook likes, past purchases, streaming activity and iTunes music to provide event suggestions. Users can employ the app's built in social networking features to communicate with friends about shows, before, during and after the event, including posting videos and photos from concerts.
The app also provides opportunities for mobile pre-sale, app-only promotions in Live Nation venues and exclusive content from artists.
