LiveXLive Media has applied to list common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LXL."  The new public offering is expected to launch between $12.00 and $14.00 per share, on a post 1-for-3 reverse stock split basis, which LiveXLive intends to complete prior to the completion of the public offering. A 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,153,846 shares of its common stock.  The offering will be used to fund its recent acquisitions of Slacker and SNAP Interactive, along with working capital and capital expenditures.BMO Capital Markets is a the sole book-running manager for the proposed offering.
