Bienstock will lead two roundtables at the conference, including a discussion of product configuration trademarks protecting intellectual property on items such as guitars.
"Trademarks and product configurations are definitely a hot topic," said Bienstock. "Guitar headstocks, body shapes, and generally the 'shape of things' in the music industry has changed so much in the past five years that it's essential to stay on top of what's going on."
He will also lead a roundtable discussion for Copyright, Artists and Music Publishing, that will cover the basics of the music publishing industry.
This year's NAMM conference is scheduled to take place at Nashville's Music City Center from June 23rd through 25th.
