After nine years as Beatport CEO, Robb McDaniels will transition to Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective July 1. Matt Gralen, currently President & CFO, has been appointed CEO, and Helen Sartory, currently CRO. will elevate to President & Chief Operating Officer.

Ticketmaster has added a ChatGPT app putting access to their tickets in a platform with 900 million weekly active users:
- ChatGPT Apps: Fans can now discover events and explore ticket options directly inside ChatGPT, without needing to leave the conversation. Once connected to the Ticketmaster app, fans can easily find events and compare seating options.
- Paid Marketing Pilot: OpenAI is testing sponsored ad placements in ChatGPT, creating new ways to provide value to users in their day-to-day
