Veteran indie hip-hop entrepreneur Neil Levine has been tapped to establish a unit offering promotion, marketing and digital services for urban labels via Caroline, EMI’s independent distribution arm. He will also provide additional resources to developing urban artists within EMI’s major labels in the US including Capitol and Virgin. Levine will be based in New York.
