On Wednesday Microsoft is releasing a major upgrade to it’s Window Media Player that includes a number of new features and integrates the new URGE download store partnered with MTV.
First looks at both the player and MTV URGE’s 192 kps WMA file downloads and subscription service are garnering very favorable reviews. URGE has gone deep with both a 2 million songs library and extensive music recommendation and review features. Community options are slated to be added later in the year.
