Two of the most visible proponents of modern music marketing, Amanda Palmer and OK Go are joining forces for both a design contest and live concert webcast this Monday ,May 24th. Broadcast at 6p.m. PST/9 p.m. EST, the webcast is hosted by Ustream and Creative Allies, a growing online art and design web community that also hosts contests bringing artists and musicians together.

College for Digital Arts near San Francisco, is by invitation only.
One winner will receive a picture hand drawn by Palmer on the back of the webcast setlist. Twelve selected fan artworks, including the winning submission, will be exhibited in September/October at a venue TBA. The deadline to submit artwork is August 31.
OK Go’s contest lets artists and designers create a new logo for a content filled USB drive the band distributes at concerts. One winner receives $100. The deadline to submit a design is August 1.
