Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services, The Orchard has an immediate opening for a Client Relations Manager (CRM). The CRM will act as a relationship and project manager with some of our most important artist and distributed music and video clients.
Job Specifics:
- Manage high profile relationships with independent labels, managers, and artists.
- Strategize and manage merchandising, interactive marketing, and Direct-to-Fan campaigns for key releases
- Manage release processing logistics within The Orchards distribution system for both digital and physical music and video formats
- Provide customer service and support for distributed clients in adopting The Orchards proprietary client tools and technology
