Pandora announced today that David Gerbitz will join the music streamer as Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations. He joins Pandora after stints at Microsoft and Amazon, and was most recently VP of Global Mid-Market and Small Medium Business Sales at Yahoo.
Separately, General Counsel Delida Costin notified the company that she will be departing the company at the end of September.
Gerbitz will lead Pandora’s Revenue Operations team, which includes Sales Operations, Pricing & Yield Management and Advertising Operations. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Brian McAndrews.
In this newly created role, Gerbitz will be responsible for the successful implementation of Pandora’s advertising products. He will work alongside Chief Revenue Officer John Trimble, who will continue leading Pandora’s sales team.
