Pandora Promotes Discovery With 9 Curated New Music Stations

Spotify offers impressive data driven Discover Weekly personal playlists that deliver both old and the new music, and Apple just promised to offer a similar daily product this Fall. Music discovery on streaming is hot; and it's coming to Pandora.

Pandora today added 9 curated weekly playlists of newly releases designed to promote music discovery.

Each week, Pandora's music team will handpick recently released music for each New Music Station blending emerging, underground and well-known artists across 9 genres. The curators will add context dj style via audio drops and a new music blog.

New Pop · New Country · New Hip Hop · New Dance

New Indie · New Electronic · New Alternative

New Regional Mexican · New Latin & Tropical
