Paradigm represents Billie Eilish, Lorde, Coldplay, Kacey Musgraves, Imagine Dragons and many other top-selling artists.

The powerhouse music division was built over the last 15 years by acquiring boutique talent agencies Windish, Monterey Peninsula Artists, Little Big Man, Third Coast Artists, AM Only, and Coda.

“This agreement is a win for all parties and a vital step on the restructuring path we embarked upon more than a year ago,” said Paradigm CEO Sam Gores in a statement. “It represents an important transition for the incredible music agents of Paradigm and the artists they so brilliantly serve.”

Details of the sale to Wasserman, which is expected to close next quarter, were not disclosed. A pre-pandemic Paradigm music division had been valued at $180 – $200 million.
