Kelly, including the women and underage girls who were the victims of alleged sexual abuse were also required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, according to a new report which included highlights from the alleged document.The NDA, obtained by The Blast, is copyrighted on every page by R. Kelly’s management company, RSK Enterprises, and apparently given to the women of the alleged sex cult and apparently to the mother of one of the alleged victims when she visited her daughter.Upon signing, the signee is now included “as a privileged member of Robert Kelly’s (‘Mr Kelly’) team (the ‘Team’), which may allow me to access privileged and/or confidential and/or proprietary information only available to trusted members of Mr. Kelly related enterprises (the ‘Opportunities’),” according to the NDA.The “opportunities” are never made clear in the NDA, according to The Blast, but the confidential information is laid out in seven parts:
  1. The premise and concept of his intellectual property
  2. Mr. Kelly’s business and private life
  3. The business activities of the Company and/or Mr. Kelly
  4. The Company’s employment practices or policies
  5. “The activities occurring in connection with the Opportunities”
  6. Ideas, concepts or business plans disclosed by the company
  7. “The outcome of the Opportunity”
The signee agrees not to disclose confidential information to “other team members and/or officers of the Company except where there is a specific reason to know.”The signee is prohibited to talking to the press.“During and after my involvement in the Team,” the document states. “I shall not directly or through any publicity representative or otherwise circulate, publish or otherwise disseminate any news story, article, book or other publicity about or relating to the Confidential Information.”Also: “I hereby agree not to sue and irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and forever discharge Company … from any and all matter of liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature, whatsoever, in law or equity.”The R&B performer, who has fought accusations of sex with underage girls for nearly two decades, has been the subject of a scathing Lifetime documentary called “Surviving R.
