Ringo Starr has cut a deal with original Beatle label Capital/EMI for both new recordings and for re-release of his EMI catalog digitally. To mark the digital release on August 28th, EMI will also debut "Photograph: The Very Best Of Ringo Starr". "It’s good to be back," said Ringo Starr. "It feels like home, just like Liverpool 8."
