Gavel-568417_640The suit, which was originally filed in September, claimed that Carter failed to repay a $10 million loan. At the time, Carter denied the allegation, and in a statement at the time, noted that he was “disappointed” by the legal action.Per the Blast, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but both parties agreed to the compact.
