The latest rumors have Sony looking at a purchase of the BMG half of Sony BMG, but BMG parent Bertlesmann denies it. This comes in the wake of internal shake-ups at the label and Bertlesmann’s need for cash to pay off a bridge loan it took to buy out an investor who wanted the private company to go public.
