SoundCloud has launched its paid on demand music streaming service in Canada. Alongside the paid launch, the music streamer is adding ads to its free service with a portion of the revenue being returned to creators.

SoundCloud Go is now available on web, iOS App Store and Google Play, and priced at CDN $9.99 per month, with a free 30-day trial. Due to local regulations, a 30-day trial will not be available to residents of Quebec. iOS users can avoid the App Store surcharge (CA$13.99 per month) by visiting soundcloud.com/go instead.
